Managed IT in the Greater Toronto Area runs $120 to $160 per user per month for standard coverage and $170 to $250 for a security-first tier that satisfies insurers and auditors. Our rates sit inside those bands. Onboarding is $2,000 - $5,000 one-time, scoped after the assessment. There is a ten-user minimum and no long-term contract: thirty days' notice, any time, for any reason.

Questions about pricing
Why do you publish pricing when most providers hide it?
Because gating a price behind a form wastes your time and ours. Four other GTA providers publish theirs and the market range is well documented: $120 to $160 per user per month for standard managed IT, $170 to $250 for a security-first tier. Hiding it does not change the number, it just adds two weeks to finding out.
What is the onboarding fee actually for?
Discovery, documentation, deploying monitoring and security agents, hardening identity, and fixing whatever is already broken before we take responsibility for it. It runs $2,000 - $5,000 one-time, scoped after the assessment. A provider quoting $0 is absorbing that work somewhere else in the price, and a provider quoting over $10,000 for a small network is overreaching.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Ten. Below that the per-user economics stop working for both of us, and you are usually better served by project work and an hourly arrangement than by a managed agreement.
What is not included?
Hardware, software licences and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost plus a stated margin, never marked up quietly. Major projects, migrations and cabling are quoted separately as fixed-fee work. Anything outside an agreement is billed at $150/hour remote, $175/hour on-site for work outside an agreement.
Can we really leave on thirty days' notice?
Yes, and you leave with your documentation, your credentials and your data in a usable format. The industry standard in this market is a three-year auto-renewing agreement. We would rather earn the month.
